Our confidence in the materials we use, the billets we manufacture, and the precision of our process allows us to offer a 45-day warranty on all of our bats. When you choose a MÄRK LUMBER bat, you’re not just getting a high- performance tool—you’re getting the assurance of unparalleled quality and durability.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our 45-day warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural issues resulting from the natural use of the bat. If your bat breaks or shows signs of a manufacturing defect within 45 days of purchase, we will replace it with a new bat of the same model.

Conditions of the Warranty

To ensure eligibility for replacement, the following conditions must be met:

1. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
   
2. Normal Use Only: The bat must have been used exclusively for hitting baseballs under normal game or practice conditions.
   
3. Inspection Process: We reserve the right to inspect the broken or defective bat to determine if the issue falls under the warranty coverage.
   

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

While our bats are built to professional standards, certain conditions are beyond the scope of the warranty:

• Damage resulting from improper use, including hitting non baseball objects
  
• Cosmetic wear, such as scratches, dents, or chips.
  
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or alterations to the bat.
